Peer Support Line

We’ll stand by your side through whatever challenges you are facing right now!

We offer free peer support for first responders, both current and former. When you reach out to us, you’ll be connected with another first responder who's eager to chat with you.

Text “SUPPORT” to 1-855-560-7337

First responders, both current and former, can text us any time, day or night, to connect with a peer who’s been in their shoes. Our peer support line is free and built just for first responders. That means when you reach out, you’ll be talking to someone who understands the job and the stress that comes with it. You won’t have to explain what it's like to be a first responder; they already get it.

Your privacy is important to us. You don’t have to share your real name, and our system doesn’t show your phone number to the peer you’re chatting with. We know it can feel scary to open up, especially when you worry that saying the “wrong thing” could lead to someone calling the police. At Priority Wellness Campaign, we don’t do that without your permission. Instead, we offer support and resources to help you get through tough moments safely without judgment.

“I liked the fact that I’m able to talk to other peers who are in the same field as I am and understand the demands. I’m able to open up fully and use language that they understand as well. It had helped improve my personal life by being able to talk to someone.”
